BECOME AN EXHIBITOR AT THIS YEAR’S FESTIVAL

FRUITA FAT TIRE FESTIVAL April 27-30

$450 or $500 (with extra space) limited to 50 exhibitors.

Provide us with a brief description of your business and we will place it on the “fest” web site to assist in creating more traffic for your booth space!

Space is limited to 50 exhibitors so please make your reservations early. Expo grounds are centrally located with refreshments, registration, and entertainment adjacent guaranteeing traffic throughout the festival. This is an opportunity to display your product, service, or event to over 3,000 of the Rocky Mountain region’s most avid cyclists.

Payment is due by April 15, 2017. For those needing additional space, please add $50 (this is regardless of amount of space needed but we must be advised in advance of these needs). A late fee of $25 will be added beginning April 16.

Wristbands

The Festival will sell wristbands that will allow participants to demo bikes. We feel that this will give everyone more control over those whose just show up and take bikes out for the day without any intention of being a potential customer. So no wristband, no demo. We also offer disclaimer that states wristband does not guarantee a demo, just that they have the opportunity. Your cooperation and support is appreciated.

Booth Information

Each booth is a 10’ x 10’ space and includes an 8’ table and two chairs. Booth space will be assigned on first come, first served basis based on size. Electricity is available (please inform us in advance of this need). If you chose extra space, please inform us of your needs as we do not charge by “foot” only the extra $50 charge. Each exhibitor will receive 2 complementary passes for all events (sorry-no comp entry’s to the 18 Hrs of Frisco)

Booth Set Up

Thursday, 9 am – 3 pm, for the Festival (sorry-no earlier as streets will not be closed until that morning)

Exhibition Hours

Festival, 8 am – 7 pmFriday-Saturday, and 8 am – 2 pm, Sunday. You may choose to stay open longer as there will be a party Friday/Saturday night until 9 pm. Demo’s may begin at 8 am.

Refund Policy

Full refund if we are notified prior to April 1; 50% refund if we are notified April 2-14; NO refunds after April 15.

Certificate of Insurance

ALL EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AND SHOW PROOF OF INSURANCE

These are to be submitted either by email or mail per our risk manager. The additional insured is: Fruita Fat Tire Festival Events, Inc., 202 E. Aspen, Fruita, CO 81521. Please email to emgmh@emgcolorado.com or mail to Event Marketing Group, 14128 Blue River Trail, Broomfield, CO 80023 no later than April 1. We must have certificate on file to allow your set-up. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Business License

A Fruita business license is REQUIRED for all exhibitors who sell merchandise. This is mandatory and must be presented at set-up. The license is only $12.50 and can be downloaded at the following link download here The license is good for any special event in Fruita for the remainder of 2016.
