The DEMO & EXPO will now be positioned at the18 Rd trailhead which will give
participants instant access to great trails! This will cut down on transport damage
and lead to more turns of your demo fleets. Please click on the link to read the

over 2,500 of the Rocky Mountain region’s most avid cyclists.


2018 EXHIBITOR FEES

We will strictly limit the EXPO to 60 exhibitors.

DEMO EXHIBITORS
if you are demoing any bike or product (ie wheel demos)
20×20 or 30×10 Footprint
$750/Late Fee $825

“POP UP” EXHIBITORS
10/10 or 10×15;
$450/Late Fee $500

FOOD TRUCKS (18 Rd location, May 4-6)
limit of 3 food trucks-please provide your own power and you
must be registered with Mesa County Health Dept.

EXHIBITOR Set Up
Thursday, 9 am – 3 pm, at the 18 Rd Trail Head
— -Vendor/Exhibitor only BBQ to follow, location TBD–
Participants must purchase either a Fest or Demo Pass to try out ANY DEMO
PRODUCT. The event has stated in multiple places in our communication that DEMO
products are available on a first come, first served basis.

IMPORTANT MARKETING INFORMATION
Please provide us with a brief description of your business and we will place it on the
“Fest” Vendor list on our event web site to assist in creating more traffic for your booth
space!

PAYMENT
You may pay by CREDIT CARD OR CHECK ONLINE at (will put link in)
Payment is due by April 15, 2018. Please note the late fees listed above.
The Festival will continue to sell wristbands that will allow participants to demo bikes or
products. We feel that this will give everyone more control over those whose just show
up and take bikes/products out for the day without any intention of being a potential
customer. So no wristband, no demo. We also offer a disclaimer that states wristband
does not guarantee a demo, just that they have the opportunity. Your cooperation and
support is appreciated.

Refund Policy
Full refund if we are notified prior to April 1;
50% refund if we are notified April 2-14;
NO refunds after April 15.

Exhibitors are allowed to sell product at the event, but must collect the appropriate sales tax (Colorado) as the EXPO is located outside the City limits of Fruita. The event management will not collect and manage the sales tax for items sold at the event.

ALL EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AND SHOW PROOF OF INSURANCE
These are to be submitted either by email or mail per our risk manager.
