SUNDAY 05.04.2025 — FINAL DAY

18 Rd – 8a to 1p
Downtown — 9a to 2p

BIKE DEMO VENDORS — In order to maximize both participant experience AND your ability to turn bikes and accommodate more riders we will have you at the 18 Rd Trailhead.  This will cut down on transport damage and lead to more turns of your demo fleets.

WRISTBANDS — The Festival will continue to sell wristbands that will allow participants to demo bikes or products. We feel that this will give everyone more control over those whose just show up and take bikes/products out for the day without any intention of being a potential customer. So, no wristband, no demo. We also offer a disclaimer that states the wristband does not guarantee a demo, just that they have the opportunity. Your cooperation and support is appreciated.

DOWNTOWN OUTDOOR RECREATION EXPO VENDORS — Downtown Fruita is the location for Product, Apparel and Experience Vendors.

ITEMS TO NOTE:
The 18 Rd Venue is primarily designed for demoing bikes and related equipment used on the trail. Product/Apparel/Experience vendors may choose to set up at 18 Rd    *HOWEVER*

  • Bike Mfg’s with demo bike fleets get first priority (this includes suspension, wheel and protection mfg’s).

  • There is an additional charge to set up in the 18 Rd Venue if you are NOT a bike/suspension/wheel/protection mfg with a demo fleet.

  • The foot traffic downtown should far exceed 18 Rd with CO2UTs 1,500+ riders in town so fear not.

  • The dates and times listed are when we would like Vendors to have their booths open and staffed.
